Kleefeld EMC goes to camp

Kleefeld EMC once again gathered at Roseau River Bible Camp for the weekend of May 29 to 31 for their annual church camp. The attendance this year was great, the weather was perfect, and activities were enjoyed by all.
The membership transfers of two young couples—Adam and Heidi Friesen, and Josh and Faith Slywchuk—were a special highlight of the weekend. After the service, everyone walked down to the river to witness the baptism of Faith, together with her sister from Saskatchewan. We wish them the Lord’s richest blessings as they grow in faith and continue to serve and fellowship in our church.
The following Sunday, June 7, the church family acknowledged the retirement of Dave and Wendy Froese as deacons in our church. We appreciate their years of service in this capacity, and wish them joy and health as they continue serving in a more informal way.
